A flat deck with bevelled rails keeps the foam where it counts, adding glide and flow across the wave. The low rocker and single concave keep it quick and responsive, while the swallow tail adds extra width to carry speed through slower sections. Gus rides his 3–5 inches shorter than his standard shortboard for extra zip and maneuverability.
